Patrice de Candé

Patrice de Candé has been a lecturer in intellectual property law at PARIS-DAUPHINE University for 18 years and, is a lecturer at LYON University at the moment and is a frequent speaker at conferences dedicated to this subject.
He is also the author of numerous publications and a member of the editorial board of the law review Propriétés Intellectuelles in which he has been writing the Dessins et Modèles (Designs) column since its creation in 2001.
He is a member of the Trademark working committee and of the Design and Model working committee of the APRAM (Association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – association of trade mark and design law practitioners), a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), and of the AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intelectuelle - The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
