Claire Herissay-Ducamp

Claire Herissay-Ducamp holds a Master’s degree in private law from Paris X University as well as a post-graduate degree (D.E.S.S.) in Intangible assets management from Paris Est Marne la Vallée University. She has also completed a training course in Arbitration at the CMAP (Centre for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris).

She is a member of the APRAM (association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – association of trade mark and design law practitioners) and of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

She has gained specialized experience in litigation in the field of industrial property while working for 14 years at Cabinet M-P ESCANDE, where she has developed a high level of expertise in the implementation of anti-counterfeiting judicial means before Civil, Criminal and Community Courts.
